What I'm Eating 5/5 - 5/11

Two blogs in one night....go me lol

This week is going to be crazy busy for me.  My DH will be gone until Thursday, Nick comes home & will be going back to school,  Nick's therapy, Katie has violin practice and a spring concert, and I need to meet up with my college advisor so I can register for classes....not to mention my every day stuff lol

Since it's going to be that way, this week will be crockpot lovin' time ;)

I love my crockpot.....almost as much as my husband lol

Monday:  My kids are having left over pizza from tonight and I'm having baked chicken & a salad.  Long story but the meat I pulled out was bad for Sunday's dinner, my kids were being crazy, my husband had to go pick up someone from the airport, laundry is piled higher than Mt Everest and I just threw my hands up and ordered pizza for the kids.  I had breakfast for dinner (spinach and scrambled eggs & a few pieces of bacon) Whew ;)

Tuesday:  Low Carb Crockpot Chili

Wednesday:  Zoodles and Meatsauce

Thursday:  Beef Stroganoff Burgers with added zoodles (zucchini noodles)

Friday:  Leftovers or Breakfast for dinner night :)

Saturday:  Nick's 13th birthday so his choice...I'll update later on what he decides!

Sunday:  Crockpot Lasagna

Yes, I'm still doing low carb.  Yes, I absolutely love it!

My snacks & breakfast are the same as last week or kind of the same.

Tanee's weekly tip:  No matter what eating "plan" you are change your body, you must change your mind.  If you think you are going to fail guess what?  You most probably will.  If you want to succeed with all of your heart, you will.  Capeesh? :)
