This Week's Plan for 1/26-2/1

This is going to be short and 2nd half marathon is a week from today so I'll be taking it somewhat easy until then, other than a 5 mile run on Monday.

My breakfast, lunch & snacks will be pretty much the same as last week's.

So here is my dinner plan...which is pretty much thanks to Skinnytaste lol:

Sunday - Easy Macaroni Casserole

Monday - Zoodles & Meatballs

Tuesday - Stuffed Pepper Soup

Wednesday -  Baked Steelhead Trout, quinoa and steamed veggies

Thursday - Crockpot Turkey White Bean Pumpkin Chili

Friday - Turkey Burgers with baked home cut fries and salad

Saturday - Hubby's Choice!  lol
