My Circuit Exercise

This is one of my main workouts I do when I'm not running or doing Zumba.  It can be done at home or at the gym :)


It can all be modified too to make it low impact (pretty much every exercise can).

  3. I like the Idea, but what about those that have a bad knee some of these moves could cause further damage or pain. How do you modify for those that have liitations
