July Squat Challenge!


I haven't done a challenge for everyone to do in forever.  This one is a little tough but split them up if you need to.  If you are an absolute beginner you are going to cut these reps in half.


We start tomorrow!  I'll post a daily check in on my Facebook page :)

Have no idea how to do a correct squat?  Here is a video for you with modifications.  I forgot to add your feet should be shoulder width apart.








These are two of the variations I'll be doing to get a whole body workout

  2. I have seen several of my friends on facebook doing this challenge. I might jump on the bandwagon. Do you do the squats consecutively or can you break them up into two or three sessions? Thanks so much....and thanks for sharing the video to show how to correctly do squats. That was helpful for me!
